Scope of services
Duronto Media provides music and video distribution, YouTube CMS operations, MCN services, Content ID management, rights administration and royalty accounting as agreed in your service order.
Ownership of rights
You retain full ownership of your masters, compositions, artwork and channels. You grant us the limited rights required to deliver, protect and monetize your content.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you control the rights to all content delivered, that metadata is accurate, and that content complies with platform policies and applicable law.
Royalties and payouts
Revenue is reported per platform statement cycle, allocated to agreed splits, and paid according to the schedule and minimum thresholds in your agreement.
Acceptable use
Fraudulent streaming, infringing uploads, false Content ID references and abusive claiming are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
Termination
Either party may terminate with notice as set out in the agreement. Takedowns are processed promptly, while accounting obligations continue until final settlement.
